حذف حساب طويق وبياناته

يعرض تطبيق طويق الحالي خيار حذف الحساب، لكن مسار الحذف من داخل التطبيق لم يكتمل بعد. وإلى أن يتاح هذا المسار، اطلب حذف حسابك والبيانات المرتبطة به عبر مراسلة tuwaiqapp2@gmail.com من عنوان بريد مرتبط بحسابك متى أمكن.
استخدم عنوان الرسالة طلب حذف حساب طويق، وأدرج:
- معرّف طويق العام المكوّن من 12 رقمًا؛
- رقم الهاتف أو مزوّد تسجيل الدخول المستخدم للحساب، من دون إرفاق رمز OTP أو كلمة مرور أو رمز وصول أو سر للمزوّد؛ و
- طلبًا واضحًا بحذف الحساب.
قد نطلب معلومات إضافية لازمة بصورة معقولة للتحقق من تحكمك في الحساب. لا ترسل كلمة مرور أو رمز OTP أو رمز جلسة أو بيانات اعتماد Google أو Apple.
بعد التحقق، سيزيل المشغل بيانات الحساب أو يفصلها عن هويتك وفق إجراء الحذف المعتمد والقانون الساري. وقد يشمل ذلك حساب المصادقة وملف طويق وصورة الملف وعضويات الغرف والغرف المملوكة ورسائل الغرف والسجلات المرتبطة بها. وقد يُحتفظ بمعلومات أمنية أو قانونية أو نسخ احتياطية أو سجلات تدقيق عندما يكون ذلك مطلوبًا أو مسموحًا. ويجب على [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] اعتماد مدة المعالجة النهائية وفترة الاحتفاظ بالنسخ الاحتياطية قبل الإطلاق العام.
لا يؤدي حذف بيانات طويق تلقائيًا إلى حذف البيانات التي يحتفظ بها بصورة مستقلة Google أو Apple أو منصة جهازك. استخدم أدوات الخصوصية لدى هؤلاء المزودين لسجلاتهم المنفصلة.

Tuwaiq Account and Data Deletion
Effective Date: August 19, 2026
The current Tuwaiq mobile application displays an account-deletion option, but the in-app deletion workflow is not yet complete. Until that workflow is available, request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing tuwaiqapp2@gmail.com from an email address associated with your account where possible.
Use the subject Tuwaiq Account Deletion Request and include:
- your 12-digit public Tuwaiq ID;
- the phone number or sign-in provider used for your account (do not include an OTP, password, token, or provider secret); and
- a clear statement that you want the account deleted.
We may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify that you control the account. Do not send a password, OTP code, session token, Google credential, or Apple credential.
After verification, the operator will remove or de-identify account data according to the adopted deletion procedure and applicable law. This may include the authentication account, Tuwaiq profile, profile image, room memberships and owned rooms, room messages, and related room records. Security, legal, backup, or audit information may be retained where required or permitted. [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] must adopt the final processing timeframe and backup-retention period before public release.
Deleting Tuwaiq data does not automatically delete data held independently by Google, Apple, or your device platform. Use those providers' privacy controls for their separate records.
