تنظم هذه الشروط استخدامك لتطبيق طويق للهواتف المحمولة وموقعه وغرفه والخدمات المرتبطة به. ومشغّل الخدمة هو [LEGAL ENTITY NAME]، المسجل في [REGISTERED COUNTRY].
استخدام طويق
عليك تقديم معلومات دقيقة لحسابك، وحماية الوصول إلى هاتفك وطريقة تسجيل دخولك، والالتزام بالقانون الساري. لا تشارك رموز OTP أو معلومات الجلسة أو حساب شخص آخر.
يوفر طويق حاليًا خصائص الحساب والملف الشخصي ورفع الصور الخاصة والمشاركة في الغرف ودردشة الغرف والحضور اللحظي ومقاعد المتحدثين وأدوات الإشراف على الغرف. وتعرض بعض الشاشات معاينات محلية لخصائص مستقبلية ولا تمثل خدمة مكتملة ومدعومة بالخادم.
المحتوى والسلوك
أنت مسؤول عن معلومات ملفك ومحتوى الغرف ورسائل الدردشة التي ترسلها. لا تستخدم طويق لمخالفة القانون أو انتحال شخص آخر أو التدخل في الخدمة أو تجاوز الصلاحيات أو مضايقة الآخرين أو تهديدهم أو الإساءة إليهم.
يجوز لمالكي الغرف والمشرفين المخولين إدارة المشاركة والدردشة وفق أدوات الغرفة المطبقة. وقد يحقق مشغلو طويق في إساءة الاستخدام ويطبقون ضوابط السلامة أو الوصول المتاحة عند الاقتضاء.
التوفر والتغييرات
قد تتغير الخدمات أو تنقطع أو لا تتاح من وقت لآخر. والخصائص المعروضة كمعاينات محلية، بما فيها معاينات المحفظة والألعاب والخصائص الاجتماعية وVIP، ليست وعدًا بخدمة إنتاجية أو دفعة أو استحقاق أو معاملة.
الخصوصية والحذف
توضح سياسة خصوصية طويق كيفية تعاملنا مع المعلومات. ومسار حذف الحساب داخل التطبيق غير مكتمل حاليًا؛ راجع حذف الحساب والبيانات لمعرفة إجراءات الطلب الحالية.
التواصل والتحديثات
يمكن إرسال الأسئلة المتعلقة بهذه الشروط إلى tuwaiqapp2@gmail.com. وقد نحدّث هذه الشروط مع تغير الخدمات أو المتطلبات القانونية. ويجب على المالك القانوني استكمال قرارات جهة الاتصال والقانون الحاكم والحد الأدنى للعمر والحذف والاحتفاظ النهائية قبل الإطلاق العام.
Tuwaiq Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Tuwaiq mobile application, website, rooms, and related services. The service operator is [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], registered in [REGISTERED COUNTRY].
Using Tuwaiq
You must provide accurate information for your account, protect access to your phone and sign-in method, and comply with applicable law. Do not share OTP codes, session information, or another person's account.
Tuwaiq currently offers account and profile features, private avatar uploads, room participation, room chat, room Presence, speaker-seat controls, and room moderation features. Some screens in the application are local demonstrations of future product areas and do not represent a completed server-backed service.
Your content and conduct
You are responsible for the profile information, room content, and chat messages you submit. Do not use Tuwaiq to violate law, impersonate another person, interfere with the service, bypass permissions, or harass, threaten, or abuse others.
Room owners and authorized moderators may manage room participation and chat according to the implemented room controls. Tuwaiq operators may investigate misuse and apply available safety or access controls where appropriate.
Availability and changes
The Services may change, be interrupted, or be unavailable from time to time. Features that are shown as local demonstrations, including current wallet, game, social, and VIP previews, are not promises of a production service, payment, entitlement, or transaction.
Privacy and deletion
Our handling of information is described in the Tuwaiq Privacy Policy. The current in-app account-deletion workflow is incomplete; see Account and Data Deletion for the current request process.

Questions about these Terms may be sent to tuwaiqapp2@gmail.com. We may update these Terms as the Services or legal requirements change. The legal owner must complete the contact, governing-law, minimum-age, and final deletion/retention decisions before public release.
